Getting your order to you.
We ship across India and worldwide. Because orders are confirmed with you directly rather than through a checkout, delivery and packing are agreed piece by piece before dispatch.
Where we ship
Pan-India and international shipping are both supported. Local deliveries in Mumbai and collection from our Crawford Market store are also possible.
Export orders
For export we handle documentation, sea and air freight coordination, and packing built to survive an international journey. Export cartons are inspected again before packing.
Bulk and wholesale orders
- Minimum order: From 50 pieces per design
- Sampling: Pre-production sample on every bulk run
- Lead time: Typically 4–6 weeks after sign-off

Handmade variation is not a defect
Every piece is made and decorated by hand, so grain, tone and motif placement differ slightly between pieces of the same design. That variation is part of the product and is not treated as a fault.
If something arrives damaged
Tell us as soon as you open the parcel. Message +91 90047 41176 on WhatsApp or email thetablestorybymeraj@gmail.com with photographs of the piece and the outer packing, and we will confirm the next step for your order.
Awaiting business confirmation
These figures need to come from the business before they can be published, so they are deliberately left blank rather than estimated: retail dispatch time and delivery timelines, shipping charges and any free-delivery threshold, courier partners, the returns and exchange window and who pays return freight, the refund method and timeline, and the damage-claim reporting deadline.
