These terms cover the use of this catalogue website. They describe how our catalogue, prices and enquiries work — they are not a sale contract, because no purchase is completed on this website.
This website is a catalogue
This site presents The Table Story's range for browsing and enquiry. There is no shopping cart, checkout or online payment. Orders are agreed directly with us by WhatsApp, phone, email or in store.
Prices
Prices shown are our retail prices in Indian Rupees, on the basis noted on each piece (for example per set or per piece). They are indicative and may change without notice; the price confirmed to you at the time of your order applies. Wholesale, bulk and export pricing is quoted separately — see wholesale and bulk orders.
Products, designs and photography
Every piece is made and decorated by hand, so grain, colour and the placement of a motif vary from piece to piece. Photographs show real pieces from the same design but are not an exact likeness of the item you receive. Availability of a design is confirmed at the time of enquiry.
Enquiries and orders
An enquiry is not an order. An order exists once we have confirmed the pieces, designs, quantities, price and delivery with you in writing. For bulk production, a pre-production sample is approved before the run begins.
Intellectual property
The designs, product photography, text and branding on this site belong to The Table Story and may not be reused, copied or republished without our written permission.
